BUILD5 is a specialized fitness program for our community with special needs. We offer group classes for both adults and children as well as private training.
A strong and healthy person cannot exist without resources and opportunities and that is most abundantly true of our community with special needs. Having access to energetic and quality fitness programs can help an individual live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life. That’s why Equipped4Life Fitness is offering, BUILD5, just one example of specialized fitness programs designed to empower and inspire the capabilities in all of us!
The program is ready, tested and approved! NOW, all that is needed is to partner with the community to bring the program to life!
The goals of this program are to:
•Provide information about fitness and the role it plays in overall good health for those with special needs.
•Help set realistic wellness goals.
•Provide supportive tools and resources to help participants reach their overall fitness goals.
•Provide a program that is specifically designed and adapted toward the needs of the participants.
•Provide a program that addresses the various fitness levels of the participants.
•Provide a program that is inspiring and empowering.
•Provide a high energy, fun and supportive environment that promotes 5 components of good health: cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, coordination, and flexibility.
•Provide a program with a philosophy that all individuals are capable regardless of physical, social, emotional or psychological challenges.
