The MMA Circuit is a strength and endurance training circuit inspired by how MMA fighters train.  We work in HIIT timing using a variety of equipment from your own body weight, small free weights, heavy bags and even ropes.  The circuit is a little different every time because Patty likes to mix it up.  It is set up in a way so that it doesn’t matter what your abilities, every station/exercise can be adapted to your current personal physical abilities and needs.
