I believe that everyone has different goals and areas of emphasis and that no matter the obstacle, together we will have success.  Each program is personalized. Helping you reach your fitness goals safely and professionally is my main priority.

I can either come to your residence, meet at a neighborhood park located close to your home or meet at Sojourn Studio for your workouts. Arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.

I will provide all the preliminary equipment needed for your workout. Personal equipment may be recommended as fitness advances.

Your fitness program will be designed specifically for you, your needs and the environment in which you train.

PRICING

Prices include the program design & implementation and can be found on our pricing page. Multiple people sharing can be very beneficial and cost effective. The social interaction can motivate and inspire longevity and accountability.
